Objectives The benefits to the industry of having impartial objective information that can indicate where savings can be made with a short payback must be considerable. With 88% of operators having five trucks or less it would not be possible for them to finance such tests themselves. Through the use of TEBP funding this large number of operators gain access to information that will save them money.
Abstract The event offers the opportunity to carry out practical, independent measurements of fuel economy on your own vehicle. A key attraction of these trials is that the Motor Industry Research Association’s test track is used year in, year out helping to make the results dependable and far less variable than others
